i noticed that the window did not completely block out the noise from the street, a minor inconvenience.

I really wanted a boutique hotel and i got it! the location was central. It was perfect because it wasn't too crowded. the staff were friendly. I found them really helpful. housekeeping took great care of our superior double room. We always had fresh water.

i noticed the window didn't fully block out the street noise. that was a bummer!
